Refund & Exchange

We will not accept any items for a Refund or Exchange which were received past 15 days (Australian orders) or 20 days (International orders) from delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and/or sanitary labels. Once Trish G Store has received your returned package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All returned items will be inspected and are subject to approval or rejection for a refund or exchange depending on the conditionĀ of the garment. If you are approved, then your refund o will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or new garment will be sent out for exchange.

Trish G Store reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Trish G Store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

A Returns form is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a refund. If you require a copy of the Returns form or have any questions regarding your return, please email our Customer Care team at hello@trishgstore.com

If the options above will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at hello@trishgstore.com prior to returning any items to Trish G Store in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and Trish G Store will not be held accountable.

* Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Trish G Store. We will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
